Your guide will greet you at the airport and send you to the hotel.

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up and accompany you to the Potala Palace, which was built 1,300 years ago in Tang Dynasty (618-907AD) when the Tibetan King Songtsam Gambo married the Tang Princess Wencheng. Potala is the name of the place, which means residence of the Goddess of Mercy in Tibetan language. It has been worshiped by lamas and Tibetan Buddhists as sacred land for many years, and it is also Tibet’s political and religious administration center.
Next stop is Jokhang Monstery. It lies at the center of the old Lhasa. Built in 647 by Songtsen Gampo and his two foreign wives, it has a history of more than 1,300. The temple keeps many invaluable cultural relics. The most famous and valuable one is the Jowo Sakyamuni aged 12, which is circumambulated by thousands of pilgrims day and night.

After breakfast, your guide will take you to Sera Monstery. It is located in the northern suburb of Lhasa City. It is one of the three famous monasteries in Lhasa along with the Drepung Monastery and Ganden Monastery. The Monastery is magnificent and covers an area of 114,946 square meters. Its main building are the Coqen Hall, Zhacang and Kamcun.

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up and send you to Xi Ning. In there, you will visit Xining Museum and enjoy the culture and history.

After breakfast, your guide will transfer you to Beijing by airto visit Beijing National Stadium, it is also known as The Bird’s Nest which was the main track and field stadium for the 2008 Summer Olympics and held to the Opening and Closing ceremonies.

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up and take you to the airport.
